The challenge: claiming as a new clinic
Together with the medical team at Skin & Vision Clinics, we experienced the challenges a new clinic faces in correctly registering and claiming the DBC care it delivers. Especially in the start-up phase, complex claims rules and expensive software can hold back a clinic's development.
The solution: a practical, enabling claims system
That is why we jointly built a practical, enabling claims system, which has grown into Rexium Claims. Claims data is imported, checked against code lists and RBC rules, grouped into DBC care products and converted into a ZH308 file. Return information from ZH309 files is applied back to the individual claim lines.
The result
The solution helped Skin & Vision Clinics set up its claims process carefully and cost-effectively, so the clinic could keep providing care while continuing to grow and develop. Together with Skin & Vision Clinics, we now make that knowledge and experience available to other clinics in the Netherlands through our DBC claims service.
