We are an independent consultancy and project management firm, specialised in establishing, structuring and guiding healthcare institutions and other enterprises. With a strong background in healthcare, particularly ophthalmology, we support entrepreneurs, professionals and organisations in realising their ambitions.
Where many consultancies stop at strategic advice, Rexium goes further: we are actively involved in execution, take responsibility throughout the process and, where desired, even participate as co-founders. Together we build from the ground up: from an idea or ambition to a well-functioning organisation with lasting impact.
Our team has extensive, proven experience in establishing and developing both ophthalmic and cosmetic clinics. We were closely involved in projects such as Spectrum Eye Hospital, Zonnestraal Eye Hospital (now Bergman Clinics | Eyes) and Skin & Vision Clinics.
