Rexium is launching its DBC claims service for clinics with and without contracts with health insurers. The service is intended for clinics whose EPR cannot generate a usable ZH308 file, and for clinics that need a correct care invoice (zorgnota) for non-contracted care.
Three types of support
All prices exclude VAT.
- Having a ZH308 file prepared: € 50 per file, when data is supplied completely and correctly.
- Care invoice for non-contracted care: € 50 per invoice.
- Full claims support: € 150 per month plus 10% of the claim amount actually received.

The service was born in the practice of Skin & Vision Clinics. Together with the medical team, we saw how complex claims rules and expensive software can hold back a new clinic. We are now making the claims system we built together available to other clinics, so that as much healthcare money as possible is kept for good, accessible care.
