What is the difference between a ZH308 file and a care invoice?
With a ZH308 file your clinic claims directly from the health insurer, for contracted care. A care invoice is given to the patient for uncontracted care: the patient pays and submits the invoice to their insurer.
Which data do you need?
Among other things patient and insurance details, referrer, diagnosis and care request, procedures performed, start and end date, closing reason, practitioner, and the service codes and rates.
How do you handle patient data?
A ZH308 file and a care invoice contain patient data. That is why we first sign a data processing agreement and you share the data only through a secure channel, never through this form or by email. Our data is stored in the EU.
How quickly is the file ready?
Within one working day after we receive the patient's DBC details, we deliver the ZH308 file or care invoice. If information is missing, we agree it with you first.
Does this work with our patient record system?
Most likely. We read CSV and Dutch-language Excel exports. Name your system in the form and we will check it in advance.
